The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Estonia, Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Malta, Czech Republic, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Poland, Cyprus, USA, Canada, Australia.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

- Value of goods until  38,- € = 3,95 €
- Value of goods over 38,- € up to 150,- € = 10,40 €
- Value of goods over 150,- € = 0 €

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

Austria:
- Value of goods up to 19,- € = 7,50 €
- Value of goods up to 300,- € = 17,90 €
- Value of goods over 300,- € = 0 €

Switzerland
- Value of goods up to 19,- € = 12,50 €
- Value of goods up to 300,- € = 35,70 €
- Value of goods over 300,- € = 0 €
German VAT will be automatically deducted in the shopping cart. (Third country shipping)

Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia, Norway:
- Value of goods up to 150,- € = 26,70 €
- Value of goods over 150,- € = 41,70 €

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, France:
- Value of goods up to 150,- € = 12,40 €
- Value of goods over 150,- € = 23,80 €

Spain, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia:
- Value of goods up to 150,- € = 19,80 €
- Value of goods over 150,- € = 36,40 €

Great Britain:
- Value of goods up to 25,- € = 26,70 €
- Value of goods over 25,- € = 35,70 €
German VAT will be automatically deducted in the shopping cart. (Third country shipping)

Canada / USA: 
- Value of goods up to 75,- € = 95,20 €
- Value of goods over 75,- € = 190,40 €
German VAT (19 %) will be automatically deducted in the shopping cart. (Third country shipping)

Australia: 
- Value of goods up to 75,- € = 178,50 €
- Value of goods over 75,- € = 404,60 €
German VAT (19 %) will be automatically deducted in the shopping cart. (Third country shipping)

Bulgaria, Greece, Romania:

- Value of goods up to 150,- € = 60,20 €
- Value of goods over 150,- € = 79,40 €

 Malta, Cyprus: 
- Value of goods up to 150,- € = 69,20 €
- Value of goods over 150,- € = 148,70 €

Delivery periods

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 3-5 days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 14 days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
