The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Norway, Great Britain, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

— Value of goods up to €24.75 = €8.95
— Value of goods over €24.75 up to €300 = €12.95
— Value of goods over €300 = €0

Deliveries Abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Austria:

— Value of goods up to €24.75 = €12.95
— Value of goods over €24.75 up to €300 = €18.95
— Value of goods over €300 = €0

Switzerland:

— Value of goods up to €24.75 = €16.95
— Value of goods over €24.75 up to €300 = €31.95
— Value of goods over €300 = €0
German VAT is automatically deducted in the shopping basket. (Third country shipping)

Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Norway:

— Value of goods up to €24.75 = €21.95
— Value of goods over €24.75 = €41.70

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, France:

— Value of goods up to €24.75 = €16.95
— Value of goods over €24.75 = €23.80

Great Britain:

— Value of goods up to €24.75 = €16.95
— Value of goods over €24.75 = €35.70

Malta, Cyprus:

— Value of goods up to €24.75 = €17.95

Canada / USA:

Third country shipping

We deliver to countries outside the EU without charging German VAT. We ship the goods net without VAT. DAP (Delivery at Place).

Please note that the parcel will be processed by customs at your location. Upon import, you will still have to pay the locally applicable import sales tax and customs duties.

 

Delivery Periods

For goods customized according to customer requirements, the correction template will be created within 3-5 days after contract conclusion, and the design work and delivery of the goods will be carried out within 14 days after approval of the correction template (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will be made within 2-4 days, and for international deliveries within 4-7 days after contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Further Payment Details
